Director of Finance And Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and public company reporting requirements.
• Review and Control: Oversee financial reporting processes, perform in-depth balance sheet and cash flow analyses, and ensure maximum accuracy.
• Process Management: Develop procedures to ensure structured and timely quarterly closings.
• IPO Readiness & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare financial documentation for IPOs and regulatory requirements, and manage processes with authorities, institutional bodies, banks, and consultants.
• Regulatory Preparation: Guide teams to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and manage ongoing reporting needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with external auditors, valuation experts, and regulatory bodies.
• Tax Reporting: Prepare periodic tax reports and oversee tax-related aspects in financial statements and daily operations.
• M&A Integration: Lead integration processes for acquired subsidiaries, including necessary IFRS adjustments and alignment with company procedures.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company’s financial strategy.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive strategic processes and participate in the financial management team.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in public companies with hands-on financial management and control.
• Expertise in IFRS standards and public financial reporting.
• Advantage: Experience in IPO processes and regulatory compliance preparation.
