Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (Inbound) to join our team as the first Product Owner in the company and play a pivotal role in shaping our cutting-edge security products. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between cross-functional teams and the development group, crafting precise and actionable product specifications to ensure smooth and successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CTO, research, engineering, and marketing teams to gather insights and translate them into detailed product requirements and user stories for the development team.
• Define and lead key product features, driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic goals.
• Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure smooth and timely execution of product features.
• Actively participate in sprint planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the product's performance and impact, gathering feedback to inform future development cycles.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design and QA, to deliver a cohesive and high-quality product experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers in both Hebrew and English.
• Proven ability to define clear and actionable product requirements and manage product backlogs.
• Experience working cross-functionally and translating business insights into technical specifications.
• A background in cybersecurity or strong technical acumen is highly preferred.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
