About the Role:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. This role involves managing the end-to-end import and export process, focusing on sea and air freight for international retail stores and networks.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all import/export shipments for B2B and B2C, retail stores and chains abroad, including sea and air freight.

· Open and track purchase orders with suppliers and customers, managing all related documentation.

· Verify invoices, quantities, and pricing for accuracy.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.

· Maintain accurate inventory records for hundreds of SKUs.

· Ensure compliance with international product standards and regulations.

· Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Requirements:

· 5+ years of proven experience in import/export logistics coordination.

· Extensive experience managing inventory with hundreds of different SKUs.

· Proven experience working with international suppliers and customers.

· Strong understanding of international product standards and regulations.

· Experience with SAP/ERP systems.

· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

· Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

· Highly motivated and results-oriented.

· Immediate availability is preferred.
