eCommerce Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven eCommerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our presence across multiple eCommerce platforms, including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Shopify, and additional marketplaces. This role will be responsible for managing product content, uploading and maintaining product listings, overseeing performance metrics, and driving sales across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, with the ability to analyze performance data, improve product visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Content Upload & Product Listings:

o Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and additional eCommerce marketplaces.

o Upload and maintain accurate product content, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords to improve product discoverability and SEO performance.

o Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all platforms.

o Coordinate with product and marketing teams to ensure product content is aligned with branding, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars.

·       Performance Monitoring & Metrics Analysis:

o Oversee key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROI, traffic, and customer feedback for Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

o Monitor product performance across all platforms and make data-driven decisions to improve sales, visibility, and customer engagement.

o Track and analyze advertising campaigns, promotional efforts, and inventory levels, adjusting strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

o Use analytics tools (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to report on and optimize platform performance.

·       Marketplace Strategy & Optimization:

o Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplace platforms.

o Implement best practices for marketplace SEO, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, keywords, and imagery to improve organic search results.

o Continuously assess and adjust marketplace strategies to ensure competitiveness, alignment with market trends, and high visibility on each platform.

o Ensure the successful launch of products and promotions, leveraging tools like Amazon Sponsored Products, Walmart Ads, and Shopify marketing features (e.g., email campaigns, social media ads).

·       Inventory & Order Management:

o Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and stock availability across all marketplaces.

o Use marketplace tools to monitor stock levels, implement automated replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

o Oversee order fulfillment processes, coordinating between FBA, Walmart Fulfillment Services, and Shopify.

·       Customer Experience & Feedback:

o Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews on all marketplaces to maintain a positive brand reputation.

o Address customer service inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

o Work with customer service teams to resolve any issues and maintain high ratings on all platforms.

·       Additional Marketplaces:

o Stay informed of emerging eCommerce platforms and marketplace trends, exploring new opportunities to expand our product presence.

o Manage and optimize listings on other marketplaces as needed (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Target, etc.), ensuring consistent content and performance tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Experience: 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) and other online retail platforms.

·       Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other eCommerce tools and platforms.

·       Content Management: Experience managing product listings, content uploads, and optimizing product information for SEO across multiple platforms.

·       Analytics & Reporting: Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central Reports, Shopify Analytics) to track and report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

·       Advertising: Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, Shopify marketing tools, and other platform-specific advertising options.

·       Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

·       Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities across various platforms in a fast-paced environment.

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with Shopify and advanced features like custom integrations or advanced reporting.

·       Certification in eCommerce, digital marketing, or platform-specific advertising (Amazon, Google, etc.).

·       Familiarity with additional marketplaces such as eBay, Target, and Etsy.

·       Advanced knowledge of Amazon SEO and other marketplace-specific optimization techniques.
