MIS Manager

We are seeking an MIS Manager to oversee our information systems and business applications, playing a key role in optimizing business processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems infrastructure.

Your day to day will include:

• Manage, maintain, and enhance the company’s information systems and business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor system performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead initiatives to improve the scalability and reliability of the information systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Design, develop, document, and execute business processes across the company’s information systems.

who you are:

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale systems and business applications.
• Strong understanding of information systems and their role in supporting business processes.
• Experience with business applications for Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Production, such as NetSuite, HubSpot, Arena, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI or similar.
• Proven experience in both large enterprises and growing startups.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform (an advantage).
• ITIL Certification (an advantage).
• Proven track record in system optimization and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
