SALES SPECIALIST - RUSSIAN SPEAKING

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the entire sales cycle: identifying new prospects, creating and managing sales pipeline and closing new businesses
2. Focus on working the prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients
3. Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions for signed customers
4. Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
5. Exceed ambitious quarterly targets
6. Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising
7. Attend key industry events and conferences

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

5+ years ​of sales experience in performance advertising - a must!

Russian speaking and writing - a must!

Existing ​network of relationships within​ app publishers across Russian speaking regions

Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with focus on closing new business

Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skill
