Gelmond Geo Tours, a boutique tourism company specializing in tailor-made trips to Alaska, is expanding! We're looking for someone with excellent knowledge of Alaska to lead our clients' journey from initial planning through the completion of their trip. At Gelmond Geo Tours, we specialize in creating tailor-made adventures to the untamed landscapes of Alaska. Your role will include:

• Responding to initial client inquiries.
• Conducting online meetings with clients.
• Designing tailor-made travel itineraries.
• Pricing and creating trip plans.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Handling bookings with international suppliers (hotels, vehicles, activities, etc.).
• Preparing comprehensive travel documents.
• Providing remote support during the travel season.
• Collecting client feedback post-trip and working to improve processes.

Please note: This is an office-based position, not a guiding job. However, there may be future opportunities for guiding for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Significant firsthand knowledge of Alaska.
• Excellent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Strong preference for candidates seeking a full-time, long-term role.
• Extra preference for candidates with good knowledge of Norway, Western Canada, and/or New Zealand.

Job Details:

• Part-time (60%) for the first month, office-based.
• From the second month: full-time, hybrid (60% office, 40% work from home).
