Senior Developer

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to join our small, focused team in Tel-Aviv. As a senior developer, you will have a significant degree of independence and responsibility in the design, development, and maintenance of our high-performance, low-latency trading systems. This role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to take initiative, and a strong sense of ownership over your work.

• Take ownership of the full development cycle, from gathering requirements to production.
• Design and implement efficient and reliable backend systems.
• Work independently and take initiative to solve technical challenges.
• Collaborate effectively within a small, multidisciplinary team.

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or relevant military experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer (Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, Go, Scala, or similar).
• Strong design skills, including object-oriented design and functional programming.
• Familiarity with Linux; experience with Windows is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-performance system design and development.

• AWS, Spring, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Background in algorithmic trading systems.
• Reactive programming and networking.
• Experience with machine learning.
• Strong interest in trading.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
