About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Campaigns Manager with expertise in LinkedIn and other paid channels like Google Ads and Facebook. This is a hands-on role focused on creating, managing, and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns for all stages of the funnel, driving leads, pipeline, and revenue for Zesty. Key Responsibilities
- Own Paid Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize global B2B paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook to achieve measurable business goals.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives, videos, and landing pages tailored to the target audience.
- Analytics & Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Testing & Innovation: Conduct A/B tests to discover new growth opportunities and refine existing campaigns.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives.
- Reporting: Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns for B2B SaaS companies.
- Hands-on expertise in managing budgets and creating targeted campaigns for all funnel stages.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and campaign attribution tools.
- Creative mindset to develop impactful messaging and design strategies for ads and landing pages.
- Proven ability to plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
