Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmaceutical production processes within our pilot facility

• Perform hands-on work in aseptic conditions, including operations within Isolators

• Support the integration of new technologies and optimize advanced production processes

• Manufacture clinical batches in compliance with GMP standards

• Ensure all documentation is accurately updated in line with company protocols

• Install, validate, and maintain production equipment and facilities

• Provide technical and operational support for production activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Chemistry, etc.) or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industry (required)

• Experience in aseptic environments; experience with Isolators is a plus

• Familiarity with clinical batch production or aseptic manufacturing regulations is an advantage

• Strong proficiency in technical English (reading and writing required)

• Demonstrated work ethic, responsibility, patience, and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team

• Full-time availability, with a willingness to work overtime (no shift work required)
