Product Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Product Designer to join our fast-growing startup as our first design hire. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences in the gaming industry, particularly with a focus on casino games. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the look, feel, and functionality of our product from the ground up, collaborating closely with founders, developers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative gaming concepts to life.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Design Game: You’ll be in charge of everything design-related—think UX, UI, branding, and everything in between.
• Player Obsessed: Get to know our players. Conduct user research, test ideas, and design experiences that’ll keep them coming back for more.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Sketch, wireframe, prototype, and create high-fidelity designs for our games on mobile and desktop.
• Shape the Vibe: Work with the founders and devs to bring fresh ideas to the table. Your input will shape the product and the brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role,
• Casino Games Pro: You’ve worked in the casino/igaming world before. You know what works and why.
• Startup Mentality: You’re scrappy, proactive, and comfortable with a bit of chaos. (We’re figuring things out as we go!)
• Design Wizard: You’ve got serious skills with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, and your portfolio shows off your magic. Not just understanding the difference between UI & UX. But able to bring them into life.
• Team Player: You communicate like a pro and love working with others to make something awesome.
