The Oracle EBS Finance Implementer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. This includes working closely with business teams to gather requirements, configure and customize the system, conduct training, and ensure smooth post-implementation support. The position requires expertise in Oracle EBS financial modules AP, AR, GL, CM. (FA advantage), with a strong focus on aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Design customized solutions for Oracle EBS Finance to meet specific business requirements.

Manage Oracle EBS Finance implementation projects, including developing timelines, tracking milestones, and managing resources.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.

Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans to address project challenges.

Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle EBS Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS configuration, personalization, customization and integration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, and SQL is a plus.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules.

Knowledge of Oracle EBS customization, configuration, and integration.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Effective communication skills for user training and cross-department coordination.
