Key Qualifications

• Educational Background
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C/C++, C#).
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
• Familiarity with OS platforms (Windows, MAC, Linux).
• Leadership Experience
• Proven track record of managing software development teams.
• Proven track record of managing software managers.
• Experience in project management and delivering projects on time.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. 6. Strategic Vision
