Job Title: Field Services Engineer
Location: Yokneam, Israel
Working Model: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
Provide Break-Fix support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for Windows workstations and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and support hardware/software for desktops, laptops, printers, and manufacturing/lab IT equipment.
Support IT asset lifecycle management, including imaging, allocation, recovery, and disposal.
Handle network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi) and coordinate with vendors for cabling or maintenance.
Manage IT systems in manufacturing/lab environments, including scanners, rugged tablets, and specialized PCs.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for critical IT devices and incidents.
Coordinate power shutdown activities, including shutting down and restarting network devices and servers.
Provide "Smart Hands" support for on-site technology teams and facilitate physical access for vendors.
Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP standards in cleanroom or manufacturing environments.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of desk-side support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, MacOS, iOS, and mobile device support.
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and storage.
Familiarity with manufacturing/lab IT environments and equipment.
ITIL or equivalent certification preferred.
Diploma or degree in IT.
Key Skills:
Advanced problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience with SCCM 2012, O365, and device imaging/deployment.
Knowledge of GMP/GxP compliance and cleanroom protocols.
Understanding of endpoint management, certificates, and keychains.
