VP HR

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives and foster a positive organizational culture.

 Serve as a strategic advisor on HR-related matters and organizational development.

 Oversee talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

 Design and implement initiatives for employee development, engagement and performance management.

 Manage HR Operations, compensation and benefits and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

 At least 6 years of experience in the senior Human Resources roles.

 Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

 Experience in building and creating effective HR policies and processes.

 Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization.

 Proven experience in the multidisciplinary technology sector is highly desirable.

 Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 Passionate, driven and execution oriented – a must
