Back End Developer

A startup company in the B2B autonomous sales domain is introducing an innovative paradigm for the complex sales processes of B2B companies. The company transforms lengthy, manual processes into autonomous, AI-driven workflows—covering market research, identifying potential clients, and personalized outreach to decision-makers via various channels.

Their technology allows sales teams to continue operating on familiar platforms without the need for manual effort, significantly reducing workload and enabling them to focus on building relationships with high-potential clients.

The company is located in central Israel near a train line, has 20 employees (10 in development), and offers a hybrid work model with three work-from-home days per week.

Role Description:

• You will join a team working with a cutting-edge tech stack, including AWS, Python, CI/CD, Microservices, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Drive product development. From concept to shipping, you’ll have ownership of the product end-to-end. This means scoping projects based on requirements, full-stack programming, conducting live user testing, and launching features.
• Lead projects with technical excellence.
• Establishing foundations in software architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Growing the other engineers in our team through feedback and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Requirements-

• 5 years of shipping production-quality full-stack code in professional engineering roles at SaaS startups.
• Experienced in Python
• Experience running and operating software on AWS environment, specifically with K8S and serverless
• Experience working with CI/CD and gradual deployment practices.
• Experience with (OpenSearch)
• Proficient in React (Advantage)
