Position: Electronics Engineer - Quality Department

Company Overview:

We are a leading company specializing in power supplies and communication solutions, focused on developing and manufacturing standard and customized power supplies and communication modules for military, aerospace, and space applications. We are currently seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our Quality Department, responsible for analyzing production and component faults.

Job Description:

As an Electronics Engineer in the Quality Department, you will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring and analyzing production line issues in areas such as SMT, PCB, TH, magnetics, and mechanics.
• Conducting failure investigations, drawing conclusions from fault analyses, and providing recommendations for improvements and corrective actions in the production line.
• Analyzing component failures, performing root cause analysis and experiments, establishing technical communication with component manufacturers, and writing failure reports to suppliers.
• Communicating with customers regarding field-reported issues, preparing fault reports, and providing timely responses.
• Presenting periodic failure analyses, conclusions, and improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• Experience in Power development roles (knowledge of communication products is a plus) – mandatory.
• Expertise in electronic component engineering – mandatory.
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and processes – mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret component specifications – mandatory.
• Practical experience in preparing fault investigation reports in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
• Knowledge of 5W+H and 8D methodologies – mandatory.
• Familiarity with military manufacturing standards and quality standards such as RoHS, REACH – mandatory.
• Proficient in English (reading and writing) – mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile and Priority – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Solid Edge and OrCAD 16 – an advantage.
• High curiosity, attention to detail, and task execution drive.
• Strong organizational skills, precision, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with various departments within the company.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high service awareness.
