User Experience Designer

Part-Time UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our growing FinTech team. In this role, you will design cutting-edge digital products and end-to-end user experiences that enhance user conversion, customer retention, and engagement, with a strong focus on financial applications and services.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is not only a master of UX but also has a pixel-perfect approach to UI design. This role requires a highly collaborative, hands-on individual who can work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure an intuitive, secure, and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints in the financial ecosystem.

• Design world-class digital products that drive revenue, user acquisition, and long-term customer engagement within the FinTech space.
• Establish and maintain foundational design systems that will ensure scalability, consistency, and security as our financial products evolve from concept to full-scale deployment.
• Lead the full design cycle, from user research and concept development to creating pixel-perfect UI designs for various financial use cases, ensuring consistency across all product states.
• Balance user-centered design with business goals while continuously optimizing the overall customer experience, ensuring ease of use, accessibility, and trust.
• Own the design process from start to finish, taking projects from initial concepts to pixel-perfect final designs that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver extraordinary digital financial products while ensuring high-quality implementation and an optimal user experience.
• Stay updated on regulatory standards, industry best practices, and emerging design trends in the FinTech space, ensuring compliance and security in every design.

• 2+ years of experience in designing customer-facing digital products (web and mobile), preferably in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
• Conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of user behavior, financial user journeys, conversion, usability, and security requirements specific to financial products.
• Positive attitude, with a willingness to prioritize team collaboration and what's best for the product over individual ego.
• A keen interest in well-crafted financial and consumer applications, with a focus on ease of use, trust, and security.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while taking full ownership and accountability for projects.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
• Highly proficient in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
