Bookkeeping / Finance Assistant

In this role, as the right hand & assistant to VP finance you will be part of the Finance and Accounting team. The role requires a very detail-oriented person, responsible and accountable of the financial duties, outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

What will you actually be doing?

 Recording daily financial transactions.

 Prepare and manage payments cycle to Local & Global vendors.

 Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.

 Travel reports and personal expenses reimbursement.

 Support in EOM closing.

 Perform other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as requested.

 Work in a multi-currency environment.

Skills & Requirements

 Certified Bookkeeper – Mandatory.

 At least 2-4 years’ experience of bookkeeping (global company -

Advantage).                             

 Advanced English level (both spoken and written) – Mandatory.

 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. (Google Spreadsheet – Advantage).

 Organized, pay attention to details and accuracy – Mandatory.

 Knowledge in Sap Business 1 and/or QuickBooks – Advantage.

 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to prioritize workload.

 Ability to work in a team and be a team player.
