Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of travel experiences across Japan and other destinations. This role involves coordinating with local suppliers, managing complex logistics, maintaining high service standards, managing a multinational team, and driving operational efficiency to support our mission of delivering exceptional journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for tours and travel services in Japan and other destinations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and local guides.
• Develop and monitor tour schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Manage and lead a diverse, multinational team to ensure operational success across the region.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure client satisfaction and minimize disruptions.
• Implement processes to improve efficiency and enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of experience in operations management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English - MUST
• Strong understanding of travel logistics in Japan and other Asian destinations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - MUST
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - MUST
• Experience managing and leading a multinational team.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, booking platforms, and travel technology is preferred.
• Knowledge of regional travel trends, cultural nuances, and customer preferences.
• A genuine passion for travel, with firsthand experience exploring destinations around the world, and a dedication to creating exceptional experiences for clients.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work full-time from our Tel Aviv office, five days a week.
