Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Creator and Designer who is passionate about storytelling, design, and leveraging AI tools to produce engaging, high-quality content. In this role, you will craft compelling visuals, designs, and multimedia content that resonate with our audience and help grow our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Create written and visual content that aligns with Lancellot’s mission and brand voice.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline and enhance content creation processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create assets that support campaigns and product launches.
• Optimize content for various digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and design trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools and platforms.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for startups and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
