Service Operations Manager

We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to lead and enhance service-related activities, ensuring seamless support, streamlined processes, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance.
• Oversee spare parts management, order fulfillment, and SOP standardization.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Drive digital innovation in service tools and operations.
• Monitor KPIs and targets to meet business goals.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of field service operations management, ideally in high-tech or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, service platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
