Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to build and refine our supply chain planning AI. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration in our Israel office.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine learning models to improve supply chain planning and decision-making.

- Analyze large volumes of data to extract actionable insights and identify trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.

- Design experiments and perform statistical analyses to validate model performance.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

- Continuously monitor and refine models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related role.

- Proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow).

- Strong experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

- Proven ability to work with large data sets and complex data structures.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud-based data processing solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

- Knowledge of supply chain management and related data needs.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
