Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job brief to contract

• Job posting, CV screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary offers

• Collaborate with managers, candidates, and staffing agencies

• Creative sourcing for diverse roles

• Track progress, report, and optimize processes

• Lead recruitment events and special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory

• 2-3 years’ experience in recruiting experience- from a global company is a plus

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Adam Total system – an advantage

• Strong time management and multitasking skills
