- Extensive experience as a Senior Developer, Principal Developer, or Tech Lead.
- Expertise in Ruby, Python, SQL, Linux, and AWS.
- Proficiency in designing systems that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
- Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and complex database structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams through technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in cross-functional teams.
– Experience with performance testing and security testing automation.
– Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role in an Agile environment.
