A successful high-tech company has developed a Super-App, a messaging application with a core focus on text and calls (video, audio, group calls, etc.). Over the years, additional features have been introduced, such as a digital wallet.

The company also provides business solutions for enterprises and small businesses, including business messaging, product catalogs, and customer communication tools.

The company employs around 200 people in Israel and 500 globally. Located in central Israel, they offer a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

Originally an Israeli startup established in 2010, the company achieved a nearly billion-dollar exit in 2014 when acquired by a major global corporation.

The app now serves hundreds of millions of daily users, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, and North Africa. The main R&D center is in Israel, with additional offices across Europe.

Role Overview-

• As part of the Ads Group, you will join a newly formed team to develop a Real-Time Bidding (RTB) system.
• Your responsibilities include contributing to system design, architecture, and development using Go.
• Reporting to R&D Manager.
• Tech Stack: GCP, AWS, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, CI/CD, GitLab.

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience in server-side development using Go language
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
• Conversational level of English
• Advanced knowledge of unit testing frameworks and mocking
• Experience with microservices development based on docker
• Experience in implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Striving for new knowledge and skill improvement
• BSc in computer science or equivalent
