Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at עמוס מוקדי ושות' in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The Lawyer will be responsible for representing clients in insurance and tort claims, handling legal procedures in court and other relevant bodies, and providing professional and reliable legal services. The role involves working in a paperless environment using advanced software and technological tools for maximum control and remote access.

Qualifications

• Litigation, Legal Research, and Case Management skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Knowledge of Insurance Law and Tort Law
• Experience in handling Insurance Claims and Medical Malpractice cases
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bar admission in Israel
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
