About the role-

• As part of the Model Optimization team, the role involves developing key components of the company's SDK. The work includes:
• Compressing neural models from Floating Point for optimization on hardware.
• Researching and developing Quantization and Pruning algorithms.
• Writing production-level code and fully participating in the deployment processes.
• Combining mathematical skills, reading academic papers, and deep understanding of neural networks, including network architecture and model loss.
• Bringing curiosity and the ability to integrate new AI/ML capabilities while solving challenges on existing solutions.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in CS/EE/Math/Physics from a University or military equivalent experience.
• Hard-working, committed, and self-reliant.
• 5 years of experience in R&D
• At least two of the following skills:
• 5 years extensive experience in the field of Deep Learning
• Research experience equivalent to M.Sc. thesis or greater.
• Experience in system or hardware architecture roles.
