Role Description

• Startch is searching for a Consultant and Facilitator for a workshop on creative thinking, artificial intelligence, and innovation. This is a part-time hybrid role, with flexibility for some remote work, which involves working collaboratively with team members to guide and develop content and objectives for the workshops. The ideal candidate will help individuals and organizations, unlock their full creative potential, stimulate innovation, and enhance their understanding of artificial intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in facilitating diverse groups with varying experience levels in creative thinking and innovation topics.
• 3 years experience in working with Corporate / Hightech / Government bodies under the context of innovation.
• Proven track record of driving successful innovation initiatives within organizations, using a blend of methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to design, deliver, and manage interactive workshops according to client needs that are engaging, informative, and action-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are adaptable to different learning styles.
• Knowledgeable in Innovation models such as Lean Startup, Creative Thinking techniques, and Generative Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Strong network: Connections to experts, thought leaders, c-level managers, and resources in the fields of creative thinking, AI, and innovation.
• A strong collaborator who's able to work effectively in a team, develop and manage relationships with different stakeholders including program participants, partners, and instructors.
• Candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree (preferred) in a related field (i.e. Organizational Psychology, Management Consultancy, Computer Science or Business Management).
• Advantage – Candidates with experience in social media and marketing.
