About the Role

As a Core Engineer, you will be instrumental in building the backbone of SlimStack’s groundbreaking platform. Working alongside a high-performing team of innovators, you’ll design and implement systems that empower organizations to optimize infrastructure, minimize costs, and unlock transformative possibilities.

Your work will directly contribute to the continued growth of our platform, already deployed in several production environments and solving real-world challenges for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement core platform components using Go and Python.
• Solve challenging data problems by designing scalable, high-performance systems capable of processing millions of metrics, events, and configurations every minute.
• Develop and optimize Kubernetes operators for seamless integration and automation.
• Work with modern technologies like ClickHouse to handle large-scale, real-time data processing.
• Collaborate with a fast-moving, elite team to experiment, iterate, and deliver impactful features.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Go and/or Python development.
• A strong foundation in system design and distributed systems.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, particularly in developing operators or similar tools.
• Experience managing and processing large datasets; ClickHouse experience is highly desirable.
• A passion for solving hard technical problems with lasting impact.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
