DIBOOR is looking for a Creative Director (part-time)

What does a day at the office look like?

1. Ongoing creative work

2. Managing the work of creative teams, including freelancers

3. Improving collaboration between in-house teams and clients

4. Managing task traffic and aligning resources

5. Building and nurturing DIBOOR’s standards

6. Expanding and upgrading the freelancer network

7. Onboarding employees and clients

8. Personal and group management of the creative team

9. Handling bids and tenders – from building the presentation to presenting it

Who are we looking for?

1. A leader – Someone who can lead a team, manage processes, identify challenges, build strategies, take responsibility, raise flags when needed, and charge forward the rest of the time.

2. A holistic thinker – Someone who understands the big picture: from creative work to HR and budget management.

3. A reliable adult – Someone who can create a positive, calming environment, motivate employees, solve problems, and elevate the team’s performance.

4. Talent and intelligence – Smart, assertive, critical, up-to-date, quick-thinking, responsive, and, of course, ultra-creative.

Job Scope:

• 50% position, 2.5 days a week, but we’re open to discussing alternative models.

• The work is on-site at our office in the heart of Tel Aviv (Gan Ha’Ir).
