We're seeking a Customer Representative to join our team!

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Representative.

In this role, you'll manage user experience and handle support interactions from A to Z, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with Product and R&D and play a key role in shaping our product as we grow rapidly.
