Role Description

• Oversee hands-on production and support the transition from R&D to manufacturing.

• Define and manage production KPIs (efficiency, quality) to meet company goals.

• Plan daily workflows, assign tasks, and set objectives for the team.

• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure their implementation.

• Maintain compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Practical engineering degree (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computers/Industrial).

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or high-tech, with a preference for electro-optics or multidisciplinary products.

• Strong technical understanding and proven engineering background – a must.

• Leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (Priority preferred) and Windows Office (Excel advanced).

• Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus.
