Process Engineer

The company has been operating for 7 years and is currently in the second phase of its

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize process control systems to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Implement and maintain closed-loop control systems and work with Beckhoff PLC programming to support process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to integrate and troubleshoot complex motion control systems.
• Lead projects to refine system requirements, select appropriate components, and develop scalable solutions using structured text and object-oriented programming.
• Conduct system testing, identify process inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall system performance.
• Provide technical support for multidisciplinary machines, ensuring seamless operations and addressing any technical issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive enhancements to existing processes.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven experience in process or motion control engineering, preferably with exposure to Beckhoff PLCs and ACS controllers.
• Proficiency in programming languages for structured text and object-oriented applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in leading technical teams.
• Military experience as a team leader is an advantage.
