Sales Development Representative

Are you a passionate travel enthusiast with a knack for crafting unforgettable experiences? Tourist Journey, a leading global travel tech company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Manage Travel Requests: Handle inquiries for travel services, specializing in private and customized packages for both FITs (Free Independent Travelers) and groups. This includes crafting itineraries for diverse destinations such as Japan, South Korea, Italy, Switzerland, the Middle East, and more, catering to luxury and VIP clients worldwide.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their travel needs, propose tailored solutions, and secure bookings.
• Create Tailored Itineraries: Design personalized travel plans and proposals aligned with client preferences and requirements.
• Sales and Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients, address objections, and employ strategies to close sales.
• Post-Booking Support: Manage post-booking activities, including handling changes, payments, and resolving issues. Collaborate with the operations team and external partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• Highly organized and process-driven, with excellent time management abilities.
• Available to work full-time from our Tel Aviv office, five days a week.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Passion for travel and innovative ideas to enhance the travel experience.
• A self-learner who thrives on finding creative and effective solutions to challenges.
