As we grow, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical development of our platform and help us scale to new heights.

As CTO, you will drive the technical strategy and execution of our platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and user-friendly. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a deep understanding of payment processing systems, virtual card technologies, and subscription-based platforms. You will work closely with the founding team to align technical development with our business vision, helping us deliver an exceptional product to our customers.

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for our gifting platform.
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of payment processing systems, including virtual card functionalities.
• Ensure seamless integration with subscription services and optimize the user experience.
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including PCI-DSS and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align technology goals with business objectives.
• Monitor platform performance and implement solutions to enhance reliability and scalability.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in payment processing systems and virtual card technologies.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based platforms and associated technologies.
• Hands-on experience with secure transaction systems, tokenization, and PCI compliance.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams in a startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with fintech platforms and digital wallets.
• Knowledge of global payment regulations and emerging trends in the gifting industry.
• Previous experience launching and scaling a startup product.
