Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Description:

The Director of Sales and Marketing will oversee:

·        Worldwide Commercial Market: Managing relationships with Tier 1 customers.

·        Military Market Abroad: Expanding the company’s footprint in the international defense sector.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 customers.

·        Pursue business opportunities with international military system integrators.

·        Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to each market.

·        Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

·        Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

·        Collaborate with international defense system integrators.

·        Achieve revenue growth targets for both commercial and military markets.

·        At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in RF and wireless communications.

·        BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field.

·        Knowledge of antenna and RF technology.

·        Deep understanding of commercial and military markets, with defense market experience.

·        Experience collaborating with international defense system integrators.

·        Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.

·        Strategic thinker with a proven ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.

·        Resilient and proactive in pursuing business opportunities.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        Technical knowledge to understand and explain products.

·        Team player willing to travel as needed.
