Analyst for the Alternative Investment fund – 1228

The role:

• Analyze credit transactions across a range of areas in the US and Europe (retail consumer, real estate and corporate).
• Provide ongoing reports on fund performance, profit & loss statements etc.
• Produce research and market analysis reports on real estate in the US and Europe.
• Prepare presentations for the investment committees.
• This is a full-time role from Sunday to Thursday with overtime when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting—Mandatory
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)—Strong Advantage
• Experience in economic departments of BIG 4 firms—Strong Advantage
• Familiarity with financial statements—mandatory
• High-level proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Familiarity with the real estate sector—Strong Advantage
• Experience in real estate analytics—Strong Advantage
