SOX & Enforcement Manager (50% position)

Reporting to the company's CFO

SOX:

• Coordination and management of SOX-related work and its various processes.
• Monitoring, assisting, consulting, and maintaining ongoing communication with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and project timelines.
• Working in coordination with the company’s external SOX consultants.
• Ongoing monitoring and real-time reporting on SOX findings to the Corporate Controller and advise for remediation .

Enforcement:

• Monitoring the implementation of internal audit reports and tracking the implementation of recommendations.
• Conducting training for employees on ethics, SOX, compliance, etc.
• Assisting the company's legal consul in regulations and enforcement matters.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• Graduate of the big accounting firms – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in SOX – full SOX knowledge, 404 compliance – mandatory.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High ability to work in an organized and structured manner with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Part-time position – 50%. The job is in Tel Aviv, with a hybrid work model.
