Role Overview

Technoso Control Systems LTD seeks an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our financial team. Reporting to the CFO and collaborating closely with the company accountant, the Senior Bookkeeper will play a pivotal role in managing financial records across our group of three companies. This role requires a meticulous professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger management.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, customer and supplier ledgers, and checks.
• Prepare and submit reports to local authorities.
• Overseeing and executing collections processes to ensure timely payments.
• Manage bookkeeping tasks across multiple entities within the group.

Required Qualifications

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, including preparing balance sheets for CPA submission.
• Certification in bookkeeping at Level 3.
• Proficiency in Priority software.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with payroll accounting.

Additional Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
