Job Definition: Oracle HCM Implementer
Geographical Location: Haifa, Northern District, Israel
Scope of Work: Full Time and Permanent
Hybrid Model: 4 Days from Home | 1 Days from Office
What Will You Do
- Implement new projects’ development according to set project scope, keeping within due dates, and resources.
- Design, develop, configure, and support new Oracle HR enhancements while providing the best solutions to the requirements.
- Write system requirements documents (SRD) for new enhancements and new projects.
- confirm business requirements documents (BRD) for new enhancements and new projects.
- Document processes and enhancements.
- Responsible for ongoing production stability.
- Provide time estimation for new analysis and implementation for new requests.
- monitor Information security, permissions managements, risk management, regulation (ISOX), versions’ management.
What is Required of You
- 2 Years and Above of Experience in Oracle HCM Implementation – Must.
- Understanding of Business Processes in Oracle HCM module.
- High level of Business English, both written and verbal.
