We are a growing startup company, looking for a controller with experience of up to two years after internship

Location: Currently - Pardes Hanna; Planning to move to the Netanya area during 2025

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for the company’s financial statements, closing process and consolidation

·        Work with external auditors and advisors

·        In charge of budget (forecast and actual) including a monthly management report

·        Manage the bookkeeper and supervise an external payroll controller

·        Responsible for a US subsidiary financials

·        Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

·        Ensure the company’s compliance with global and local tax related policies and implement related processes

·        Implementing, enforcing, and assessing internal control policies and procedures

·        Lead efficiency and automation of financial processes and systems

Requirements

·        CPA

·        Graduate from one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Israel – Mandatory

·        Experience with Inventory and Fixed Assets accounting processes

·        Great Excel skills

·        Up to two years of experience after internship – Advantage

·        MBA – Advantage
