Known for its innovative solutions and customer-centric approach, this company is growing rapidly and is seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to drive impactful campaigns and optimize the customer journey.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing customer journey campaigns, retargeting strategies, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Using platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, you’ll design, execute, and analyze email campaigns and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute automated customer journey campaigns, retargeting strategies, and ABM initiatives.
- Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo), ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Retention and Engagement: Develop and execute retention-focused campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Email Campaigns: Create and optimize engaging email campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and goals across all customer touchpoints.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and ABM.\
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on customer journey campaigns, retargeting, and ABM initiatives.
- Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Marketo is required; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Email Marketing: Proven track record in creating and optimizing email campaigns with measurable success.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations.
- Communication Skills: High level of English proficiency (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
