The ideal candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic individual with a proven track record in building strong client relationships and fostering a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing objectives and providing strategic guidance.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive monthly marketing plans for clients, covering both campaign and social media aspects.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
• Reporting and Analysis: Deliver monthly performance reports to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content, including social media posts, videos, and graphics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing account management or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail and follow-through.

Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.

Previous experience with on-hand social media management and PPC campaign management is a significant advantage.

Preferred:

• We are based in the Haifa or Krayot area.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
