Operations Manager – With Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the supply chain domain hands-on, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. You will oversee the company's operational activities, IT, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all activities with manufacturing suppliers.
• Overseeing inventory management, procurement, and production forecasts.
• Working closely with suppliers.
• Managing global shipping and distribution processes.
• Overseeing all IT infrastructure
• Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management – mandatory.
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience with ERP systems – Priority.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Academic degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in international shipping.
• Excellent communications in Hebrew and English
• Familiarity with the automotive industry – an advantage.
