Operations Manager

A Marketing-AI startup, enhancing marketing teams with AI colleagues.

We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each business gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.

We're based in the center of Tel-Aviv (next to TLV–University railway station).

Our usual interview process:

• 20-minute online call.
• 40-minute conversation at our offices.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Efforts
• Strategic Planning
• Compliance Oversight
• Resource Management
• Performance Monitoring
• Partnership Management

We will also teach you various Operations skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with user lifecycle, client management, and customer success.
• A track record of scaling operations and growth.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (Hebrew & English).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in project management tools, a presentation wizard, and office software.

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
