Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Sales and Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support sales activities, streamline business operations, and contribute to achieving ambitious growth targets. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and client materials.
- Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Business Operations:
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency.
- Support data-driven decision-making by preparing regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during onboarding and support phases.
- Address client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when needed.
- Collect and document client feedback to improve our offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or a similar role (experience in fintech or SaaS is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a bonus.
- Passion for fintech and innovation, with a willingness to learn and grow.
