Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the operational effectiveness of all service-related activities.

This role requires day-to-day work alignment with the Operations and IT departments and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless support for parts, service programs, and customer success.

The Service Manager will report to the Service Director.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement service strategies: Define a service strategy to continuously enhance service performance and streamline processes, ensuring effective and efficient customer support.
• Order fulfillment and pricing: Oversee service-related order processing and pricing strategies to maintain high-quality performance and minimize errors.
• Target achievement: Define and Keep track of KPI’s and targets, ensuring alignment with the business goals.
• Drive digital innovation: Lead and support digital initiatives, including IT connectivity and monitoring tools.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing field service infrastructures in the high-tech industry.
• Familiarity with complex mechanical and electrical systems, preferably industrial manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and service management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting technical information to management and various stakeholders.
