Website Manager

A leading company is seeking an experienced Website Manager to oversee the technical and content aspects of their online platforms across multiple regions. This is a key role for maintaining website functionality, enhancing user experience, and aligning content with the brand’s standards and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Oversight:

Manage daily website operations, including updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with web development teams to ensure optimal website performance.

Content Management:

Work with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Ensure all website content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO and user experience.

User Experience Optimization:

Monitor performance metrics (e.g., load times, traffic, user behavior) to identify areas for improvement.

Implement changes to design, layout, and content based on analytics and user feedback.

Project Management:

Lead website projects, including redesigns, feature launches, and integrations.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and other regulations.

Oversee and maintain website security protocols.

Team Collaboration:

Align website strategies with e-commerce objectives alongside the E-Commerce Operations Manager.

Support the content team in creating SEO-optimized, user-friendly content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Website Manager or in a similar role within an e-commerce environment – Must

* Hands-on expertise with Shopify – Must

* In-depth knowledge of website management, e-commerce platforms, and SEO best practices.

* Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

* Strong analytical skills and experience with website optimization tools.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
