We are seeking a seasoned senior product manager passionate about understanding how technology can improve the performance in the construction industry. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the VP of Product, and play a critical role in improving the usability and functionality of our cutting-edge construction technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the creation, execution, tracking and iteration of product roadmaps.
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operation and customer support teams to deliver valuable products.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Gather and analyze data and feedback from customers, partners, and market trends to improve the product.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in hands-on SaaS B2B product roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startups, leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Proven ability to manage 0 to 1 and 1 to 100 products through their entire lifecycle (ideation to launch to adoption to growth).
• Experience in construction tech - advantage.
• Experience in companies with AI operations - advantage.
• Strong product sense, and ability to translate user feedback and business goals into actionable product features.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term product visions, based on market pains and trends, and our unique value proposition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with embracing ambiguity and working towards a goal with many unknowns.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and delivery of high-quality products.
• Team player.
